Here’s what students had to say about recent workshops with Cheri:

“One of the best things I have received from the Franklin Method and your teachings

is that the power for healthy, happy movement lies within me – I just need a little help to tap into the resources that already exist inside. What a gift that is!” Ellen D

I feel much more at home with my spine; it has become a living, fluid center. I am delighted…

it’s very useful to be taught dynamic alignment.” Helaine

“Our breath, like our heartbeat, is the most reliable rhythm in our lives.

When we become attuned to this constant rhythm, our breath can gradually teach us to come back to the original silence of the mind.”
