As the holidays approach, I am busy working on finalizing the details for the winter/spring calendar. I will be continuing the current yoga classes, so if you’re in a class now, look forward to more practices and progressing through the next several months together. If you are a NEW student, you’re in luck! A Blueprints level I, Beginning Yoga class will be offered in the evenings…stay tuned for details.
I am also seeking feedback – specific areas of the body or certain topics that might interest you…here are some of my favorites. Feel free to comment below and tell me which ones you’d attend.

Your time is valuable, and I want you to know we have space for YOU to unwind and relax with us at our retreat. I had advertised this as a full weekend event; I’d like to offer you the opportunity to register for individual classes or a single day of the retreat. Please note: Saturday morning class from 8-10am is SOLD OUT.
